Q: Can I order a commission piece?
A. Requests are accepted for artwork on a commission basis for either individuals or organizations.
The commission process consists of meeting with the client via phone, e-mail
or in person to discuss design colors and size preferences. Paintings can be commissioned in any size.
Q: Why do I need to fill out the ordering information?
A. The ordering information is required for shipping purposes and to mark the painting that you are buying as SOLD.
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
A: Shipping is $50.00 US anywhere in Canada or the USA(rate based on XPRESSPOST), the shipping cost may be more or less for Europe or other countries.
You will be notified by e-mail of the shipping cost once your order is received.
Q: How will the artwork be shipped?
A: The artwork will be shipped via XPRESSPOST to USA and Europe. It takes 3-7 business days to deliver.
If you live in a country with no XPRESSPOST service, UPS or FedEx courier service will be used (shipping rate may vary).
Q: How can I trace delivery status of my artwork?
A: As soon as the artwork is shipped, you will receive confirmation via email with the tracking number.
Q: How quick will my order be processed?
A: Orders will be processed within 3 - 5 business days after receiving full payment.
Q: What method of payment is accepted?
Currently payments are accepted via money order in Canadian or US Dollars only. If ordering from outside of Canada, ensure that the type of Money Order sent is "INTERNATIONAL".
You can purchase a Money Order at your local Bank or Post Office.
I am currently working on allowing you the freedom of using all major credit cards when buying my paintings, please be patient.
Please do not send Cash through the mail.
Personal cheques will not be accepted.
